      Good employer, some very strong people in the Development team, good learning and mentorship, opportunities to progress, good new CEO

      Cons

      Company was in trouble with the regulator which led to far and concern over job security and the future of the company

      Pros

      CPP have a truly inspirational CEO in Steve Callaghan. He is passionate at turning the business around and I hope he does so.

      Cons

      The mid to senior management with 2 exceptions are inept, impersonal and totally devoid of any people management skills. I fear this will hold the company back.
