Too many to write. They underpay, require too much and give no direction. Management makes people feel scared.

Unskilled managers, unqualified exec leadership. No foundation or shared values that decisions are made from, especially on day to day issues, so teams are rarely on the same page and issues are rarely resolved, just ignored or accepted. Lots of unhappy employees. Not a good industry for salary growth or career growth.
