Pros

1. Management does try to make an effort to take care of the employees 2. Fun and nice end of year events

Cons

1. Management is extremely stubborn and moody 2. Tier 2 managers are too scared to voice any opinion to the CEO and so nothing will change. 3. The work style between CEO and tier 2 management is extremely different so you'll often do insane amount of tedious work, only to be scrapped by the CEO 4. Extremely political and their main client is also a Korean company, making it hard to work 5. Their call center partnership is a joke. You will spend day to day covering up their mistakes to the client and fixing their issues and you can't get real work done. 6. Entry level pay is good but later on the salary increase are a joke( to a point I was offended after the offer)

Pros

I've been with the company for 5 years and have seen the company grow exponentially. In that time, I was given multiple opportunities to get my hands on different types of work. I always felt I was treated fairly and valued in my role. My hard work is continuously recognized while also being challenged for professional development. Promotions are given quite frequently at any time of the year along with fair, justified raises. I received my first promotion within a few months of joining and have even received 2 promotions within the year. Since joining 5 years ago, my salary has nearly doubled through these constant promotions and raises. Co-workers at the company are smart and professional. They are all highly educated, and many are bi-lingual, even tri-lingual. Also, the general employee population is quite young (20s~30s). As such, the office has a lively vibe and you get to interact and work with the most amazing peers daily. There is no office politics. Instead, we are constantly encouraged to work together and grow together as a team. The company benefits are very generous. Benefits include the basics such as semi-annual bonuses, medical insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan with company matching. Beyond those benefits, the company also sponsors 1 vacation per year, supports fuel expenses for the commute to work, provides fitness expenses for gym / class memberships and also sponsors celebration dinners for your company anniversaries and birthdays. The company also holds small gathering events frequently as well as larger events such as end of year parties.

Cons

The work is not easy and there is definitely pressure to perform well. Upper management are always willing to be hands-on to support you if you need support.

Pros

CEF grew from supporting around 150 staff to 800 staff globally during my tenure and the program management team has been leading the supporting efforts by delivering successful results for each operation and tailoring each operation's process and structure to the client's needs. In my opinion, the uniquely wide scope of each program manager's role, along with the rapid growth and continued opportunities, provides employees with an environment to quickly develop into agile thinkers and dynamic responders who can comfortably respond to situations they would normally face later on in their careers. My personal journey: 1. Continued growth - Company size/revenue nearly doubled every year since I joined and continues to grow at a similar pace. 2. Career Opportunity - With rapid growth, I was given multiple opportunities to manage programs fully even as a junior-level analyst. During my tenure, the company proactively offered promotions without my having to request a single one. Each of my four promotions came with higher expectations, but I was provided the necessary support and proper space each time to successfully grow into each role. 3. Compensation & Benefits – For each promotion, I was given fair compensation. The company is open to hearing feedback on compensation & benefits and has also added new benefits frequently over time 4. Co-workers & Work environment – Although the work may be somewhat demanding, CEF’s co-workers are very supportive and friendly. There are multiple happy-hours events each month and generally, co-workers get together for lunch. Even if we work in different departments or handle different programs, the company also promotes employees to get together as much as possible in and outside of work.

Cons

Onboarding employees may go through an adjustment period due to the high expectations, but most staff members who get through that period have abundant opportunities to develop themselves into proper leaders and dynamic problem solvers.
