      Pros

      It has many new and advanced equipments. Meritorious Students join after getting through the entrance exam. Good Science conferences and excellent invited speakers.

      Cons

      Most of the Scientists are incompetent and do not publish / publication has no impact. JRF, SRF and Postdoc are often misguided and have damaged careers. Staff mostly do not work; this govt institute rests on very few weakened shoulders.
