The pay is just on the edge of not being worth the time once you add time for preparation, travel and reporting. And, in some cases---the reason have stopped doing work for them---the pay is based on very under-estimated times to complete large projects and like resets.
Also, they do not write instructions and reporting forms with the perspective of an actual rep in an actual store. Examples: visited a store that did not have certain materials which were needed in addition to those that then had sent me; the rep field support was closed (Sunday) and I had to guess about how to compete a several-hour job or risk the whole day being rejected by their "quality control." Often, their online reporting question are senseless, like those that lead to no possible answer (example): "1. Does the store sell widgets? (Yes/No); 2. What color are they (Red/Blue)? [If they don't sell widgets, you can't answer the question.]
