Pros

The team I worked with was really good and that definitely made life a lot easier. I also went through some personal stuff while I worked there and my manger was supportive

Cons

The company seems to care more about the money and customers than they do their own employees. There is a clear divide between the service delivery team and the implementation team. They also promote lying to clients instead of having full transparency, good or bad.

Pros

The wider IT team is great to work with—friendly, supportive, and always willing to help when needed. Decent place to start a career in IT, offering valuable hands-on experience and exposure to a broad range of technologies and systems.

Cons

There are limited opportunities for career progression, and the management culture can be challenging. Communication is often poor, with some managers displaying unprofessional behaviour and favouritism toward longer-serving employees, creating a clique-like environment. Employees can feel undervalued, as the focus is heavily placed on output rather than team wellbeing. In addition, important information is sometimes communicated at the last minute, leaving staff under significant pressure to meet deadlines and manage urgent workloads.

Pros

Some departments are full of lovely people to work with

Cons

Never have I experienced a workplace so toxic. Directors and some top level management truly do not care about your experiences at this company. - Project teams are given very little time to actually complete the work despite it being known about internally for over a year - There's an unwritten expectation to stay late / work weekends to complete the levels of workload you've been given - Urgent demands from 5-10 different people mean you can't really plan anything even a few days in advance - Promises are sold to customers without anyone technical being involved beforehand to manage expectations - Suggestions for improvements to workflow and management are flat out ignored - There's a heavy amount of blame culture at C365. Tight deadlines and heavy workloads very often lead to bad quality product given to customers. The same directors who place these restraints will then be severely degrading you on a call in front of your colleagues when an "incident" is raised and all you can do is sit there and take it - Employment benefits that aren't the legal bare minimum have only just been brought in to try improve morale, despite the core issues not being addressed
