Hmm where to begin....Professionalism gets a -10 rating. All management including the CEO is clue-less on proper management operation protocol. In fact, there is no established protocol...they are made up as problems pop up and oh do they pop up often. Now, if your ideal image of working for a great company consist of walking on egg shells everyday, being belittled and humiliated by the CEO and all management, wrongfully accused on a daily basis for things you were instructed to do in the first place, given unrealistic time-frames to finish tasks, being part of an unstable team due to major employee turn-over, watching your co-workers self-esteem lowered to rock bottom, watching employees cry after being screamed at, seniority issues, vacation time qualifications are absurd, there is no Human Resource dept to report any concerns or violations, working conditions in the offices are crammed and limited to resources, working conditions in the warehouse are dusty, hot at times, uncomfortable working conditions, one bathroom only for 50+ employees etc etc etc
