4 days on with 4 off- so if you re having people depending(kids,carer) on you or doing another part time job is ok
Cons
Understaffed- hard to book a holiday, almost min pay, statutory sick payment, errors or delay in your payslip, place is run like a prison Stressful environment, they have these beautiful policies in place that they don t follow or enforce, if you challenge them you are shown the door.
