Internal mobility is a key focus at Branch and every new role is posted on the internal job board for our employees to explore. In fact, over the years there have been many success stories of SDRs being promoted to roles on the Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams.
The SDR program is rigorous in order to develop and prepare our reps to step into the Commercial Account Executive position. That said, we’re always working on ways to improve and value your feedback. Please reach out to me directly if you have any questions or additional feedback.
