      Don’t be fooled. This is a chaotic startup

      There are some great people.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency Management does not do what they say Salary is not competitive and be if it’s are very basic. This is a tech startup being run like an old school bank

      A start-up with the culture of a large company, but none of the benefits

      Pros

      Direction of the company is positive Very competent upper management Exciting tech opportunities Lots of on the job learning and experience Some great people and a lack of toxicity in the work environment

      Cons

      Benefits are lackluster, no bonuses and not very competitive salary Culture is very stiff/old fashioned, yet asks you to treat it like a start up Career progression not very clear, doesn't really have a lot of room for advancement Tech employees are overworked at the whims of the sales team
