      Good salary, great management, many interesting tasks from different fields. Ability to study new ways of developing, libraries, frameworks, algorithms etc

      A bit rigid system of reviewing salary, big dependancy of common developers on client company management, culture and decisions

      They have a good client base and we can work on projects for a very long time. Management is very friendly and they are very supportive.
