      iq offices had snacks and beer

      Cons

      management looks at everyone as a metric. constant change to monthly goals that are unattainable. Company is a revolving door as good performance is rewarded with a extremely extremely small increase to your salary.

      - Before the layoffs, the team was full of talented and friendly individuals - The office was very nice

      Cons

      - The leadership, especially the C-Suite, seems out of touch—they’re not listening to employees, the data is inconsistent, and the layoffs might have been prevented if they had prioritized listening to the teams, improving data infrastructure, and setting egos aside. - The company isn't truly tech-focused; it's more of a traditional container company but without the same level of effectiveness. - Women aren’t given the same opportunities for advancement or the same voice as their male counterparts.

      - Having talented, super-friendly, and diverse colleagues to work with. Most of the employees are hard working and eager to help - Lots of opportunities to make direct and meaningful contributions to the business, even at junior levels - Getting to learn about the inner-workings of a fast growing startup in an interesting sector

      Cons

      - It is not a typical 9-5 job. As with any startup, long/irregular hours are expected.
