Pros
A small company you don't need to worry about getting to know many people
Cons
The CIO has no management skills nor technical skills at all. The codebase is like 20 years old no one is able to update and change the situation. Developers have to clean bugs years ago without any new tech to learn. The company and teams has no culture and values, basically no future.
