      Other departments are much more fun to work with, the people there are friendlier, more supportive, and create a positive atmosphere overall.

      Cons

      Negative environment that affects motivation and morale.Teamwork in the AU Payment team is very biased and lacks respect. Some seniors tend to backstab and talk behind others as if it’s normal. It’s not a healthy or supportive work environment. Be careful and think twice before choosing to work with the AU Payment team.

      If you are attached to the AU Payment Department, it is a very toxic environment. Co-workers treat you like a student, and there are seniors and newbies on the system. The team leader is ineffective, often gossiping and not taking things seriously.
