Since I left, this company has been hemorrhaging talent and money. Even at the leadership level, the turnover rate is - at least in my experience - unprecedented. Priorities seemed to change every 2 weeks. Intra-office rivalries abounded. Every so often, we'd hear through the grapevine that some sales guy who worked remote was ritualistically fired at random. Ultimately, despite the interesting and challenging work, I felt that this was a company that promoted yes-men, not hard workers.

- Direction in the company changes constantly... executive sees a shiny object and the roadmap doesnt go away, it just gets more added to it with the expectation that it all gets done in the same amount of time - Everyone trying to stay on the good side of the CEO made it extremely political for such a small company, felt like I was in high school again - Laid off despite being on the highest growth product and being responsible for a little more than a third of the product releases - Want to get your ideas for the product stolen by someone above you and then they implement it and call it their own? This is the place for you - Want to have those same people volunteer for a task only to find out its not glamorous and very tedious so they dump it off on you, making you look (and feel) less important?
