Taking all jobs to El Salvador, not bringing any new people on, no room for growth, untrustworthy executives

Pay is not competitive, no bonuses for most positions, very little incites.

Early it was good, leader ship changed and team culture was spoilt. They have hired many resources and now asking them to resign

Alot of acquisitions, lots of change.

I don't think so any cons are there

Some management is verbally abusive. Job scope changes midstream. Performance reviews are delivered as positive and then later changed based on people manager politics.

Pay is on the lower end, Admin tasks

Management is not transparent, often times not enough training, bad communication

Poor middle management and not great work life balance
