The emphasis on a “startup mentality” means there’s always room to innovate and grow, which is ideal for anyone who enjoys a fast-paced and agile environment.
The leadership here is supportive, with managers who genuinely invest in your professional development. In my case, my manager recognized my contributions in connecting across all BitGo departments including but not limited to Product, Engineering, Marketing, CSMs, Legal, Sales, Trust, Compliance, and Risk to align and drive company Cybersecurity OKRs. The positive feedback I received highlights the company’s value on individual growth and adaptability, as well as their commitment to fostering a positive and productive work culture. This is a wonderful culture where it's people do both, work hard and work smart.
