Friendly work environment. Management is not constantly looking over your shoulder. Fun place to work for someone just starting out. The company is a family ran business

There is not enough organization within the company. Within my division team members are leaving and being replaced with lower level employes. There is no real training programs and clinical project managers are left guessing what to do.
