Great Benefits, wonderful people, depending to which subsidiary you work for , interaction with managment and goals for yourself will be very different.

Lower salaries when compared to other companies. Do not expect a lot

Pros
BioTime successfully transitioned from blood products to stem cell focus at an excellent time, and attracted some strong backers with excellent resources and know-how.
Cons
Internal management is scattered and unfocused. CEO Mike West consistently opts for expenditures based on personal whims and self-glorification rather than overall company well-being. Rewards are rarely based on merit.
