      The work was rewarding. It was medically adjacent since were helping patients.

      Cons

      The company and the morale went downhill once we were acquired by Philips. Continuously short staffed due to hiring freezes and there no room for career growth. All roles were compensated below market value but Philips would not allow for significant market adjustments in pay.
