      Working at BioNTech US has been a very positive experience so far. They are scientist and researchers that remember that we are all people with things going on in life. Basically, they created a friendly environment that allows one to productive and in control of their schedule (as long as work gets done). People here have been great! -pay -work life balance -accessibility to people at all levels

      Cons

      The on boarding is a long process and I believe could be streamlined a bit better. Still, they have added many employees at fast rates so this could be the reason why.

      environement lacks structure SOPs arent done well and very confusing, no work life balance, always expecting too much and no recognition for the work.

      Growing Pains for US

      * We get to work on a globally-recognized life saving product as well as develop novel therapies against cancer and a variety of infectious diseases * Fast company growth gives employees the ability to climb the ranks of the company faster than elsewhere and help to develop new workflows and procedures * Comfortable work life balance * Fair but competitive compensation

      Cons

      * Process are still being developed and timelines to get global projects done are long and unpredictable. It can take a year to get approval to work with a new vendor * Non-German sites seem to be treated as afterthoughts to the company as a whole. Decisions are made in Germany without any input from US stakeholders.
