      Pros

      The Company has good prospects and growth opportunities. There are very few Indian manufacturers in this domain and hence the Company is progressing.

      Cons

      The Management is misleading. They treat you as a slave and make your morale down with every passing day. The CEO considers himself as God. You will be under video surveillance all the time and not allowed to mingle with others employees.
