      Pros

      Great mission. Great employees. New CEO seems to be exactly what the company needed. Everyone is on track to accomplish real goals.

      Cons

      The company is so focused on its mission, albeit honorable, that it lacks the career development I’m personally looking for... but I can’t speak for everyone on this. It might be different in mission-centric departments.

      - Delicious snacks - Honorable mission - Compensation is okay - Good work/life balance - Many smart and cool people (not in upper management)

      Cons

      - Too much drama - Terrible communication - Office is ugly and way out in the middle of nowhere - No recognition for people who deliver quality work on time - Upper management is extremely homogeneous, incompetent, and secretive
