      * Great inclusion culture with lots of people of different nationalities and orientations *Possibility of relocation to different countries

      Pros

      Good Benefits, Good people, Financial systems experience is great for an in-demand field. Good product that works well.

      Cons

      No equity/shares provided. Poor organisation of projects that almost always have a rushed timeline. No growth opportunity at all. Almost no one ever gets promoted in Professional services. But there are new management hires. Poor career development help from the company.

      Competitive product and a great CEO.

      Cons

      Fake good reviews added by current employees. "If you like your job give us a good review on Glassdoor" that's the vibe given to employees so that they can cover up bad reviews. No future. never felt comfortable sharing my opinion at this company. I was the 2nd hired SDR. Gave the company over 4 years trying as hard as I could. At times managing 3 different territories. Let go for poor qualification even when confirming all criteria I was trained to. Very poorly led sales
