      Use to be a decent company

      Easy work and close as a trucking job gets to normal work schedule

      Stayed almost 12 years and the first 9 were great but after the 4th management change and a complete employee turn over they decided to put cameras in your face and start hiring any wheel holder with pulse,the current management is more interested in babysitting and micro managing.it use to be a good company that left you alone and do your job which is why I stayed,not anymore. The shop has no idea how to fix a truck and the safety department is little more than paid losers .HR is a hard to find confusing joke. Most the drivers that have been with them are leaving because of this new management .big driver turnover and far to many cons to list. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

      Terrible Place

      No Pros, no perks, place is just terrible.

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible, get treated like a little pee on. Pay is mediocre, company acts like they are broke and going out of business, get the cheapest of everything, including simple things like internet, can't even work because the internet is so horrible. Have events for workers and bring biscuits but tell you that you can only have 1 lol. Ask for their uniform shirts back when you quit, who wants used dirty clothes? Turnover is extremely high....good reason, read the reviews, no pay, horrible leadership. Company is ran like its decades behind the times. you will be treated like a prisoner when at work, you can not leave the office at 4;59 if you're scheduled until 5:00 or you may not have a job anymore. Lots of sneaky behind your back firings. Benore is like a place I have never seen before in my entire life. McDonalds would be a better option than this place.
