Employees are hard working and dedicated. Month after month, year after year of increased sales.
Cons
My experience is ownership and upper management seem aloof and are apathetic towards employees. Benefits are below average. No extra pay of any kind, ever. No Christmas bonus, no year end bonus, no quarterly bonus, no bonus of any kind. No incentive pay, no spiffs, no rewards, no extra time off, not even a Starbucks gift card. Also, they contribute nothing towards retirement. Zero 401K match.
