      Interesting project work. Some great people.

      Cons

      Senior managers have clear favorites within the company. They make this obvious, causing demotivation amongst rest of team. Very high staff turnover rate.

      Great software solutions and customer service means that the customer list is fantastic. Global name brand customers headquartered in all regions talk openly about how our SAP performance software as helped their business. A really exciting place to work and to feel part part of a team delivering huge value.

      Cons

      A small but rapidly growing company has the usual challenges of global reach and needing to implement and refine processes to support the increasing rate of customer acquisition.
