Treating employees poorly, constantly living in a high turn over environment led by indecisive and micromanaging ownership is not worth any amount of money. Benefits package is awful, unless you can manage to keep you job for 8 years, or be one of the "tenured" few that have made it into the "lifetime employment" good ol boys club, then it is pretty decent. Vacation is 0 days your first year, then you get 2 weeks, but you can't really use the time as you are guilted into being there 24/7/365. "My employees should WANT to come to work!" - Owner. Yeah, well, maybe if there was a culture that wasn't so cannibalistic and overbearing people would. Many of the very glowing reviews on here are from Dec 2017, and 3 are on the same date, making me think they realized their Glassdoor review was not looking good. Their current rating is being "fluffed", hopefully you find this review and don't waste your time and mental health working here for a few months before getting suddenly let go like I have seen so many others have happen to them.

MICRO...MICRO...MICRO MANAGING!! Your job is never safe, very high turnover. If you are reading this review you have saved yourself a lot of time. Career suicide and dead end.
