Pros
The development process is much more open to your input than in other companies I've worked with. There wasn't a single person here which I disliked, which is why I was here for 6 years. I learned a great deal, and was able to take minor development projects and turn them into new features -- flexibility I never had at large companies.
Cons
It's a small company and can't always do everything they want to.

People working there are friendly and will help you whatever you need to get done. Flexible work hours

Times can be stressful that I think could be avoided if somethings were fixed.
