This has to be one of the worst working environments that I have ever been in. I agree with some of the other reviews. This place is certainly nepotism at its best. If you're a relative of the one of the exec team members, you get royal treatment. If not, you'd have to learn the art of sucking up in order to survive. And you'll see sucking up happening almost every single minute. They also frown upon working from home, which in the tech world is definitely a no-no. You would literally get questioned if you get to work a bit late. Also agreed with another review that mentioned execs being hypocritical when they disappeared for hours or even days! The company has almost zero communication and you'll find people often work in silos. Also 100% agree with the other review that there is absolutely zero transparency between exec team and employees. It's as if they are always plotting something behind your back. The worst part about working here is that you'd get micromanaged until you go crazy. They certain do keep track of when you're in and out.

Being small can be a pain, specially with the current workload and the fast pace of the market. The management teams is not as forthcoming as it could be, but questions are always welcome.
