Upper management is out of touch, ineffective, and the most inept I have ever scene. They make demands that can not be fulfilled, because of a basic lack of knowledge.

Salaries are relatively low compared to industry standards. Career progression often depends more on personal rapport with top management than on merit or qualifications. Some managers either create a toxic work environment or lack the authority and capability to effectively support their teams.
