I really struggle to find a pro working for Azets Ireland. I would have said Hybrid working but that is give and take and might not be available. It is only available to managers and above.

Cons

The company culture is toxic, work anxiety is a given and management do not care about their employees/ trainees/ interns.. The only pros and benefits are only directed to Managers, Directors and Partners. It has an old style concept and their values do not meet their actions. In corporate events they have can do attitude where they say that they care for their employees and their wellbeing and this is their values but behind close doors it is toxic where certain employees are losing their hair due to workload and stress. There is a hierarchy and if you are not in that hierarchy you do not exist.

Amazing manager but she's overworked and has no support Great learning opportunities Great culture Open door policy

Little to no career progression above audit Senior level, performance isn't the same amongst all staff who are the same level which is super frustrating as it creates a culture of not wanting to be better. Need more managers.
