Tell me about a time you handled a difficult situation
The process started with an initial chat with a recruiter, where we discussed my portfolio and what the role would involve. From there, I had a first interview with the head of the department, which was a great conversation about the role, the company's direction, and how I'd fit in. The final interview was with a senior designer from the team, who focused more on my design work and process. All three conversations were friendly and easy-going — it felt like a genuine two-way dialogue throughout.
