Company is profitable. Company has recently been purchased by another larger company - hopefully something good will come from it.

Cons

Senior management in Spain want to save money to the point that things are at risk (not optimal, not efficient, not productive). Company wants to double in size in the next three years, but doesn’t want to pay to retain existing staff (which is imperative for quality of work, continued growth and ability to integrate).
