Pros

Very lean management who's there to point you in the right direction and lets you do what you need to accomplish program goals. They're always there to help when you need. They know good software takes time to develop, and that new software projects may take some time to gain traction.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about Axispoint at all. I'm glad I work for them and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.
