      Pros

      Loved my co-workers. Hybrid position is a great combination of work at home, with the occasional in home visit. Challenging and rewarding work.

      Cons

      Job security: Loss of contract can equal reduction in force (not unique to AxisPoint Health, but an industry hazard)

      Full benefits, you can pretty much take any day off even if it's < week notice, great staff, remote

      Cons

      Company policies constantly changing. You will probably be doing more than the job duties listed on your contract.
