      Some really intelligent coworkers on various teams

      Cons

      Management is often clueless as to what exactly is happening. If you complain and act like the smallest of tasks is a big deal and a massive hurdle you somehow managed to overcome, you are seen as a great worker and promoted. If you complete your daily tasks with ease and come up with new modern ideas to keep the company current, your ideas are shot down and you may even be seen as a difficult employee. Also, brutal commute.

      Pros

      Great reputation for the legacy biometric products and R&D teams are really solid. Employees in the trenches always come through if C-Level and VP lackees don't muck it up.

      Cons

      New leadership has driven out many experienced people with ethics and morals especially in the front end in an attempt to appear (A)woke so they can be purchased/cash in. If you don't like to suck up, drink the corporate Kool-Aid, not the place for you.
