Un professional people adda, No Hierachies between positions. Anybody compliant on anybody irespect of Positions.

I agree with the above review. Promoters are from NON IT background and they doesn't know how the way IT/software Company works. We can say it's a simple Body shopping consultancy. There is no employment security, No IT Environment and No industry standards Pay. Don't expect professionalisam in Avvas. its a proprietary firm. I am also ex. employee of this company now working at Fujistu, Pune
