Was a great company but sadly fast becoming a horrible place to be

Pros

Great staff and Benefits such as Healthcare, Pension and wages are reasonable, office is nice with decent facilities, work phone and laptops provided.

Cons

Management at all levels very demanding wanting more and more and treat staff very poorly, constant redundancies and reducing staff levels and passing working loads on to already stretched workers
