Aviat Networks reviews about "upper management"

Years ago when I was a customer, this way a great place to do business with. Now they are totally dysfunctional and the post-Harris upper management does not want to hear it. They have implemented an upgraded Oracle with complex processes that don't work. The only thing holding this company together are the grunts and the old time middle management. Upper management's answer to all of their financial problems are periodic restructuring and layoffs. If they would fix their process issues and the associated waste, they would fix their profitability issues and then maybe give us a raise.

Upper management is terrible, they don't listen, they don't care, they are just running that place into the ground.

Being an international company career growth happens at different sectors. Upper management most of the time gets it right, but sometimes they are very reactive. You win some, you lose some.
