      Pros

      Flexible work environment and overall nice people on staff.

      Cons

      The upper management is inconsistent and lack vision, lots of talk about moving forward but not put into practice. The environment is rife with misogyny and management is barely competent. Resources are poorly utilized. No long term growth strategy, mostly runs by the skin of their teeth.

      - Hands-on experience with different technologies, including 3D printing and thermal testing - Able to have real project ownership as an intern - Exposure to industry-standard software - Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impacted product quality and reliability - Positive work environment and friendly team members - Very welcoming

      Cons

      - I'm young and there were few younger people - I didn't have a SOLIDWORKS license to work on 3D printing projects
