      Awesome people to work with, the business is entering a big growth phase (re-startup!). Leadership values staff input and gives you the time, info, space and tools you need. Very exciting period coming up for Author-it.

      Cons

      Prior to 2025, investment has lacked; stunting growth so lots of foundation work to do in 2026.
