      -get to keep my travel points - people are nice and I like my manager robert - get to learn new systems

      Cons

      -managers are too busy -need more training - Not enough techs - Raises and bonuses don't always happen every year

      HR and Admin is very understanding and human in the manner they handle issues.

      Cons

      Lack of training Lack of adherence to work safety policies Continuous effort to blame new employees for an issues and lack of learning opportunities. MD's complete lack of desire of change and apply continuous improvement for the company. MD is direction "personality bad technically good" is good employees Filing double paper work for paper and digital. Continuous and last minute information of OT despite planned workload. Complete lack of accountability from upper management. When feedback was shared reply to every single point was "did you ask?" Instead of asking themselves why a formal feedback session was needed to achieve information. Complete lack of formal job training regime from product introduction to any technical issues. Dire lack of communication
