      Pros

      Good salary. Great employees who work there for many years and are not in top management - they are awesome professionals who dedicate their lives into work and always ready to help.

      Cons

      Toxic top management. Those ones who rule the company are not able to accept bad news or hear the critics. The company doesn't value their employees enough. No real transparency in the company.
