- Overall leadership is open to communication, and is fairly straightforward in how they communicate to the company as a whole - During COVID, the company leadership took steep pay cuts in order to keep everybody employed, grading those cuts from most substantial cuts at the top, to no cuts for the lower salaries. - Costume shop leadership is supportive and fosters a great teamwork environment - Produces a good combination of modern and classical ballets, bringing in a variety of current choreographers to develop new works

Cons

- Could use a bit more investment in the children’s ballet builds, as these tend to be rented the most and are quite popular with audiences.
