- Inconsistent schedule - No time to learn and train consistently (all professional development is on the spot) - Lack of organized structure for day to day procedures

The medical insurance was pretty good.

Cons

Very unprofessional from management down, employees not paid what they are worth, no training, no growth for employees, lack of resources and management takes no accountability. Also if you plan to leave management will not give you a referral.

None- I've worked here for awhile; this place has so much turnover. Only positive reviews you will see are from management for recruiting purposes.

Cons

Stay far away- Appraisers stay far away- They will hire you for cheap and run you into the ground-- They only care about profit- No room for growth- get it in writing if you are told about "future opportunities"
