      Some staff are nice, sadly none of those are in management.

      Cons

      Sales Director was not nice, not qualified for the position just a homegrown Aspects staff member who got lucky and should’ve stayed on the shop floor. If you don’t have a cut throat, aggressive personality you will not do well here and they will have an issue with it. Head of HR was also bad, does not take bullying seriously, just plays lip service to aggressive personalities in the company. My mental health seriously suffered here and as a result having counselling sessions.
