Fine. Normal. However being told you have very relevant experience relating to the role you interview for, being turned down which can happen, but to then see the same job reposted the next day is confusing for candidates

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aspects Beauty (Craigavon, Northern Ireland) in Sept 2014
Interview
I was required to send a CV, and upon receiving my CV the area manager was quick to organise an interview.
The interview was laid back, taking place in a coffee shop.
The questions where typical of a skincare consultant, such as how would you help a customer find their perfect skincare routine. They also required examples of customer service.
Following the interview, I was offered the job within a week.
