      Pros

      ARP is a good employer, they offer competitive wages and benefits. They give all the tools and knowledge needed to jump start one's career within the company. They help in improving the skills, which one might be lacking in. This company will help you to gain lot of team and family oriented work values. Management is very supportive and they push you to your best.

      Cons

      Every organization has some ups and downs, and in terms of network related problems had to faces some problems which have been rectified and improved a lot.

      Culture is good. Can manage professional work and personal life. If you are a hard worker and a team player you will grow for sure. Very supportive management.

      1. If you are smart and hard worker then you will get good chances of growth. 2. The management is very supportive. 3. Your work is not just stuck to your designation. You will get to perform multiple tasks that will really help in your overall growth in work.
