      Respect, Empathy, Autonomy, Trust - these are not just words here. Employees are treated holistically, with an understanding that work is only part of their lives. You can try new things and make mistakes. Most positive and supportive culture I've ever seen!

      Terrific remote-first culture, but poor CEO leadership

      Pros

      Great 100% remote culture and work environment. The company is fully committed to building a remote-first company that hires talent from all over the world. Because of this, you get to work with some very talented individuals who are passionate about what they do. And you can do your work from almost anywhere in the world. The work-life balance can be great.

      Cons

      No strategic direction or vision. It all starts at the top with the CEO/Founder, who is inexperienced, lacks focus and struggles with fundamental business issues. He struggles to make decisions and communicate to the company - as a result, the rest of the teams are paralyzed due to his indecision. The CEO constantly changes direction and chases each shiny object that comes his way. Also, not much opportunity for growth on both the professional development side and the financial side. No salary increases and no performance-based incentives. And the leadership team does not invest in growth opportunities for their team members.
